A 45-year-old woman, status post chemotherapy and whole brain radiation for metastatic breast cancer in 1998 and gamma knife radiosurgery to a left frontotemporal lesion in April 2003. The patient has been followed for dysarthria and right-sided simple partial seizures, which was her baseline prior to surgery.
