A 31-year-old woman with headache. Known c/o end-stage renal disease secondary to WHO class IV lupus nephritis. Lab evaluation c/w secondary hyperparathyroidism with normal serum calcium (10.0mg/dL), elevated parathyroid hormone (142pg/mL; normal 10-60pg/mL), and low vitamin-D-25-OH (15.2ng/ml; normal 31-80ng/mL).
