- Longitudinal Changes in Cerebral Perfusion, Perivascular Space Volume, and Ventricular Volume in a Healthy Cohort Undergoing a Spaceflight Analog
Cerebral physiologic changes occur in response to the unique physiologic stressor of altered gravity, including a decrease in global perfusion and increase in ventricular/PVS volumes during spaceflight analog and subsequent reversal during recovery. The findings of this study contribute to our understanding of the relationships among the circulatory, glymphatic, and ventricular systems of the brain.

This retrospective study compared the agreement of automated ASPECTS and raters with a different experience level in scoring patients with acute ischemic stroke with large-vessel occlusion undergoing thrombectomy. The agreement of all raters individually versus the criterion standard and interrater agreement improved with software assistance.
- MR Imaging Findings in a Large Population of Autoimmune Encephalitis
Sixty-one percent of patients with autoimmune encephalitis had abnormal brain MR imaging findings at symptom onset, most commonly involving the limbic system. Susceptibility artifacts are rare and negate autoimmune encephalitis as a diagnosis.
