A 10-year-old girl with excessive nasal congestion was initially treated for allergic rhinitis. After no improvement, she underwent adenoidectomy for enlarged adenoids. During the endoscopic examination, a hypervascular polypoid mass arising from the right sphenoethmoid recess and filling the posterior nasal cavity was identified.
