Axial FLAIR (A) and T2 sequences (B) show subtle hyperintensity in the right superior frontal lobe involving the subcortical U fibers (orange arrow). There is diffusion hyperintensity in the bilateral frontal and parietal lobes involving the subcortical U fibers (blue arrows; C) with corresponding low signal on ADC map (D) with sparing of perirolandic regions (green arrow). Axial T1 postcontrast sequence shows absence of leptomeningeal and pachymeningeal enhancement.
