Axial T2WI (A, B) demonstrate a posterior extra-axial hyperintense lesion just to the right of midline, which projects partially into the sagittal sinus. A tubular flow void is seen coursing through this lesion. Axial FLAIR (C) demonstrates the lesion to be slightly hyperintense to CSF. Sagittal T1WI (D) demonstrates scalloping of the inner table of the skull by this lesion. 3D MIP (E) and sagittal MRV (F) demonstrate a venous structure coursing through this lesion.
