A 24-year-old man sustained traumatic injury of his back 3 months prior to presentation after falling off a ladder. This resulted in lingering back pain until 10 days prior to admission when he developed numbness in both feet, which eventually progressed to involve the abdomen and hands. Symptoms were worse on the right side and the numbness affected his walking. Clinical examination revealed a sensory level of T3.
