A 59-year-old man with prior history of laryngeal invasive squamous cell carcinoma treated 9 years ago with radiation. New primary in the right tonsil status post rituximab with concurrent stereotactic radiosurgery completed 9 months ago. Non-small cell carcinoma of the right upper lobe of the lung recently treated with Cyber-Knife stereotactic radio surgery 6 months ago. Patient is very thin, weighing 79 pounds; temporal wasting is seen. Sclera anicteric. No visual symptoms.
