Case of the Month

A 7-year-old girl with mild developmental delay (speech and motor) since early infancy. No history of in utero exposure to infections, drugs, or radiation. Born to a nonconsanguineous couple, at full term, via spontaneous vaginal delivery. Her neonatal period was uneventful. Physical examination revealed macrocrania, mild hypotelorism, a flat nose, and mild extremities spasticity.
