A 47-year-old woman with a 3-day history of left-sided neck pain and swelling.
Additional history: Stage IIIC high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma, status post TAH and BSO followed by 6 cycles of intraperitoneal carboplatin and weekly Taxol. Diagnosed with recurrence 7 months prior to presentation and underwent 4 cycles of Carboplatin and Docetaxel, last dose 2 weeks prior to presentation.
