↵a Successful VBD was defined as the percentage increase in basilar artery diameter of ≥50% and a tortuosity index of ≥10. The number and proportion of mice showing successful VBD for each strain and time point are displayed. Ninety-five percent Clopper-Pearson CIs are displayed for each estimate.
