AB We describe a case of giant cell reparative granuloma in the cranial vault, which is an extremely rare location for this entity. CT scans showed an enhancing skull tumor with no surrounding sclerosis in the frontal bone. MR images showed a mass isointense with gray matter on both T1- and T2-weighted images.
