AB The case of a 55-year-old immunocompetent woman with central nervous system cryptococcosis and multiple intraventricular cysts is presented. The cysts did not enhance on MR and had signal characteristics similar to cerebrospinal fluid on T1- and T2-weighted images; their intensity was lower than cerebrospinal fluid on proton density-weighted images.
