AB We describe a patient with tuberous sclerosis and an insulinoma. The neurologic abnormalities typically present in patients with tuberous sclerosis may, in rare cases, be manifestations of hypoglycemia. We discussed a possible association between tuberous sclerosis and multiple endocrine neoplasia type I.
