AB We described a patient with a pulsatile retroauricular mass that was caused by pathologically proved angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. Angiography and contrast-enhanced CT were performed before surgical excision. Although rare, this entity should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hypervascular masses of the superficial head and neck.
