AB Summary: Ocular nocardiosis is a rare but potentially aggressive process. Clinically, it can mimic other disease entities, including neoplasia and other types of infection. We present a case of nocardial panophthalmitis progressing to subretinal abscess and emphasize the radiologic and clinical features.
