AB  - SUMMARY: Lateral dural tears as a cause spontaneous intracranial hypotension occur in ∼20% of patients. Common imaging modalities for their detection are lateral decubitus digital subtraction myelography or dynamic CT myelography. Reports on the use of conebeam CT are scarce.
