Imaging characteristics are well-described, but histopathologic and, more recently, molecular analysis is fundamental to establish the diagnosis, now based on MN1 alterations. We describe a case with typical imaging and histologic features of an MN1-altered astroblastoma.5-ALA5-aminolevulinic acidAT/RTatypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumorGFAPglial fibrillary acidic proteinKtransvolume transfer constant
